We are so excited to announce the details for this years Mid Year Showcase!

Our Mid Year Showcase is an informal concert that allows parents, grandparents and friends to see what your children have learnt in class throughout the first half of the year. Our Mid Year Showcase is a highlight of the year and so much fun!

WHEN

Sunday 1st December

Please see the Session Times to see which show/s your dancer is performing in.

LOCATION

Our Mid Year Showcase will be held at The Juniors, KINGSFORD - Anzac Parade, KINGSFORD.

UNIFORM

All students are required to wear full Goodhew Dance or Ready Set Dance uniform to perform in as well as the correct footwear. This includes:

GOODHEW DANCE UNIFORM:

*Your choice of Purple Leotard, Crossover, Tan or Pink Tights, Goodhew Branded: Bikepants, Long tights, Unitard, Tshirt, Singlet, Shorts.

*Ballet Students are to perform their Goodhew Leotard and Ballet skirt(pink ballet tights optional)

*SHOES: Bring all dance shoes

*HAIR: own choice- Neatly styled with GOODHEW Hair Accessory

READY SET DANCE UNIFORM:

*RSD Dress or Biketard or RSD Tshirt and Shorts, Socks

*SHOES: Girls: Ballet and Tap Shoes, Boys: Sneakers and Tap Shoes

*HAIR: own choice, neatly styled with RSD Hair Accessory

READY SET BALLET UNIFORM:

RSD Dress or Biketard and Pink Tulle Tutu(worn over the dress), Socks, Ballet shoes

HAIR: own choice, neatly styled with RSD Hair Accessory

READY SET ACRO UNIFORM:

*RSD Dress or Biketard or RSD Tshirt and Shorts, Socks

*SHOES: bare feet

*HAIR: own choice, neatly styled with RSD Hair Accessory

Please note: Dancers may wish to wear something warm over their uniform that they can take off quickly and easily like a jacket, crossover etc. Our Snuggly Goodies are perfect for this!

Make sure you don't leave any uniform purchases until the last minute as our uniform does sell out fast!

GROOMING

Any long hair is required to be pulled neatly off the face. There is no need for makeup as there are no stage lights.

Please also make sure shoes and uniforms are clean and looking presentable.

NOTE: these are not a final running order. They are just a list of classes in each show and arrival times. Final running orders will be confirmed closer to the concert.

STUDENT BAND GROUPS: Most classes (Yr 3 and up) have a Band group to help with home practise also.

Teachers posting class updates and videos of routines along with the music for your dancer to practice in the lead up to Mid-Year. Reach out if you need any assistance with joining your dancers classes on Band.

Tickets go on sale Monday 11 November and can be purchased by clicking the button at the top of this page.

TICKETING INFORMATION

SPECTATOR TICKETS must be purchased in advance of the event and are available from Trybooking from Monday 3rd June.

Tickets are general admission, there is no allocated seating or limits on number of tickets you can purchase.

Doors open 15 mins prior to session commencing - Performers are to arrive ready with guests.

ADULT TICKETS: $28 each – the same adult can attend any session on the day. (Tickets are NOT transferrable to another adult)

SPECTATOR CHILDREN under 12 yrs: FREE ADMISSION – please register for seating purposes.

All Performers are FREE to watch any session -Please register your performer if watching a session as a child spectator.

Performers - no need to register if performing in the session.

Tickets available until sold out.
