The Mid Year Showcase is a special, informal display that gives parents, grandparents, and friends the opportunity to see what their dancer's have been learning in class throughout the first half of the year. It's always a highlight on our calendar and promises to be a fun, joyful celebration of our dancers' progress and passion!
This opportunity is for GOODHEW DANCE students across all age groups - Preschool classes are also included.

📌UNIFORM & GROOMING GUIDELINES
All students are required to wear the full Goodhew Dance or Ready Set Dance uniform, along with the appropriate footwear, in order to perform. Please read the details below carefully to ensure your dancer is properly prepared.
GOODHEW DANCE UNIFORM:
☑️ Your choice of Purple Leotard, Crossover, Tan or Pink Tights, Goodhew Branded: Bikepants, Long tights, Unitard, Tshirt, Singlet, Shorts.
☑️Ballet Students are to perform their Goodhew Leotard and Ballet skirt(pink ballet tights optional)
☑️SHOES: Bring all dance shoes
☑️HAIR: own choice- Neatly styled with GOODHEW Hair Accessory
GOODHEW PRESCHOOL DEPARTMENT UNIFORM:
READY SET DANCE UNIFORM:
☑️RSD Dress or Biketard or RSD Tshirt and Shorts, Socks
☑️SHOES: Girls: Ballet and Tap Shoes, Boys: Sneakers and Tap Shoes
☑️HAIR: own choice, neatly styled with RSD Hair Accessory
READY SET BALLET UNIFORM:
☑️RSD Dress or Biketard and Pink Tulle Tutu(worn over the dress), Socks
☑️SHOES: Ballet Shoes
☑️HAIR: own choice, neatly styled with RSD Hair Accessory
READY SET ACRO UNIFORM:
☑️RSD Dress or Biketard or RSD Tshirt and Shorts
☑️SHOES: bare feet (no socks)
☑️HAIR: own choice, neatly styled with RSD Hair Accessory
🧥 EXTRA LAYER (Optional)
Dancers may wish to wear something warm over their uniform that they can take off quickly and easily like a jacket, crossover etc. Our Snuggly Goodies, tracksuits are perfect for this!
❗Make sure you don't leave any uniform purchases until the last minute as our uniform does sell out fast!
📝 GROOMING REMINDERS
• Long hair must be neatly pulled back off the face
• Makeup is not required, as there will be no stage lighting
• All shoes and uniforms should be clean and presentable

The current lists are not the final running order. They simply show which classes are included in each show and their arrival times. The final running order will be confirmed closer to the concert date.

If your child is unable to attend the Showcase, please let us know as soon as possible so teachers can be notified and adjustments can be made accordingly.

🎶 Student Band Groups
Most classes from Year 3 and up also have their own student Band group. These groups are used to support and encourage at-home practice and include:
• Class updates from teachers
• Videos of routines
• Music tracks for dancers to rehearse with

🎟️ TICKETING INFORMATION
Tickets go on sale Monday 9 June and can be purchased by clicking the button at the top of this page.
Please read the information below carefully to ensure you purchase the correct tickets for the session your child is performing in.
📅 OPENING OF TICKET SALES:
✔️Monday, 9th June via Trybooking
👥 GENERAL INFORMATION:
• All spectator tickets must be purchased in advance
• General admission – no allocated seating
• No limit on the number of tickets you may purchase
• Doors open 15 minutes before each session – performers must arrive ready, with their guests
💳 TICKET PRICING:
• Adult Tickets: $30 each
– The same adult may attend multiple sessions on the day with one ticket
– Tickets are non-transferable to another adult
• Spectator Children (Under 12): FREE
– Please register free child tickets for seating and capacity purposes
• Performers:
– Performers watch for free
– If your child wishes to watch a session they are not performing in, please register them as a child spectator so we set out enough chairs
– No need to register if they are performing in that session only
